Step by Step Tutorial: Peacock Inspired Look eyes fashion

Heya Girlies,
I am back again with another tutorial. This time a bright vibrant look which has been inspired by peacocks. I also did this look for Pout Pretty's Makeup My Eyes Contest.
So here we go with the tutorial.
Step 1
Prep + Conceal your eyes. You can use a primer as well to get a better colour pay off and also to increase the eyeshadow's staying power.
Step 2
Apply a tape at the end of your eyes to use as a guide.
Step 3
Take a yellow eyeshadow & pat it to ¼ of the inner corner of your eye.If you dont have a yellow E/S u can use a golden or lime green E/S instead.
Step 4
Apply a green eyeshadow in the middle of your eyelid. Lightly blend the yellow & green eyeshadow.
Step 5
Next, apply a peacock blue or a turquoise eyeshadow on the remaining part of your eyelid.Blend well.
Step 6
Take a purple eyeshadow & apply it on your crease thickly and blend.
Step 7
Lightly apply a pinkish-purple or a magenta e/s just on top of your crease eye shadow to get the gradient look. I haven't blended it well as I liked the precise look but to make it more wearable blend it well with the purple e/s using a fluffy blending brush and also remove the tape that was apllied at the ends of the eye.
Step 8
Highlight your browbone with a gold or a white eyeshadow. Ive used a gold highlighter for this step.
Step 9
Apply the same pinkish purple eyeshadow used above the crease on your lower lashline using a pencil brush.
Step 10
Line your eyes using a black eyeliner & apply load of mascara to complete the look.
Step 11(Optional)
Taking a blue glitter liner and use it to apply dots at the end of your eye at a 70 degree angle. You can also use silver bindis instead of a glitter liner.
Finished Look!
Pair this look with lightly flushed cheeks preferably using a red or pink blusher & a very light fuchsia lip tint & you're ready to make heads turn :)

Avon Foot Works Cinnamon Orange Range Review: Foot Soak, Scrub & Cream

Hello ladies!! :D
How is the weekend coming along! I was in the mood for some pampering so decided to review the pedicure kit from the Avon Footwork's Cinnamon Orange Range for you all. This was one of my very early purchases from Avon and i really really love this one a lot.
Price: MRP:150/- each.  Available for around 119/- on offer.
My Experience:
Before moving on to each of them i will focus on the common factor in all three and that is the AROMA.It smells heavenly. If you are thinking something Orange-y and Citrus-y then you are mistaken. The orange fragrance along with the cinnamon twist just nails it for me. If you are fond of cinnamon by any chance, then you must try this.
Sadly Avon has discontinued it for the while and i so hope they come back with it again but it is still available on the super savers.SO do stock it up before its out of the market completely.
Now coming back to the foot soak.
Usage & Ingredients:
This is the first step in the three step home pedicure kit and i do it exactly as described. It lathers well and the  skin also softens for the next step of dead skin removal. The aroma plays an important role in relaxing and soothing the stressed feet muscles. Nothing much to expect from it as its only a foot soak i feel but still i like it very much as it kind of completes the ritual for me and soap doesn't exactly give you the same feeling. :)
Foot Scrub:
Usage & Ingredients:
If you have really hard and rough skin, then this will not be appropriate for you. This scrub has granules that do scrubbing pretty well but not as well as the coarse scrubs you may have used.this in fact can be used as a daily or biweekly scrub that helps maintain your feet rather than do any hardcore exfoliation.Any ways i use the foot file for dead skin removal so this works perfectly fine for me. BTW this is a foaming scrub. :) It was a surprise for me and i absolutely love it for this.It cleans the feet really well and on lazy days i can just scrub away my feet to feel clean again. :)The last foaming scrub i used was the peppermint smoothening scrub from TBS.
Foot cream:
Usage & Ingredients:
As you can see it is the most used products of the lot and the most loved as well. This moisturises and softens the rough spots instantly to give you hose soft and supple feet in a day. well that is if you do not need much help thee. :P Still when my mum used it,she was surprised to see her cracked heels get repaired in just 3 days. That sure speaks for itself. :) The aroma also lingers on for real long with this as it is a cream. I even use it on my hands and it works really well on them. If you have dry hands or feet then definitely give this a try.
Now here is a swatch for all the products!
A close up!
My Rating: 4.25 out of 5 for the whole range together
My Recommendation: If you like cinnamon then its a must must must try! Feet definitely looks well moisturised and maintained with less calluses on regular use but if you just want to check for yourself then do try the foot cream from the range. See if you like the smell and get the whole range next. ;) I am going to pick a backup next time these come on super savers.:)

Colorbar Creme Touch Lipstick "Passionate": Swatch & Review

Colorbar Creme Touch Lipstick "Passionate": Swatch & Review

Hi girls, I am going to share a new member in my lipstick stash that is a bright neon coral pink shade. Its Colorbar’s passionate!!!!
I had been lusting for Chanel’s lipstick-Genial since the longest time but I couldn’t get it as it wasn’t available here and passionate is a super duper close shade to genial.
Price:Rs.450 for 4.5 gms. Available in 12 shades.
Product Information: Colorbar Crème Touch Lipstick comes with the promise of lips that are eloquent and luscious. It comes with lovely rich colours and rich in moisturizing properties making lips look fuller and creamier all day long. It has shea butter, Vitamin E and sunscreen agents at SPF 15 level which nourish and protect your lips against UV rays. It glides on effortlessly for flawless, even coverage for that perfect pout. Colorbar Crème Touch Lipstick are the perfect way to pamper your lips, not only you will love the rich, lustrous colour, but the lovely creamy texture of the lip color as well.

Packaging: The packaging of the lipstick is sleek and tidy with a silver outer body having a light purple band and when the cap is removed, the upper part of the lipstick body is light purple in colour. Its very light in weight. The shade name and number is written at the bottom of the lipstick.
Shade: The shade is a bright neon coral pink.It looks fuchsia under white light but when seen under direct sunlight ,it is very neon and very very bright that would lit up any tired face. Also, I feel that I has slight blue undertones in it that show up rarely. It is apt for summery days or when worn with minimal or no makeup.
Texture, Finish & Staying Power: All the crème touch lipstick have creamy texture, non-shimmery, glossy finish. They are decently pigmented and have good moisturising properties. It feels very light on lips but it is easily transferable on to other things. It has mild fragrance similar to velvet matte range.

Staying power is low because of creamy texture. It is pigmented enough to cover the lip in a single swipe. When,it starts to wear off,it leaves a tint behind that looks all the more beautiful. It stays for 4-5.
I personally feel that this shade can make darker skin tones a little washed out because of the neon effect.
